Who we are
Raffle Tickets Direct is a trading name of Prestige Printing Ltd. We print raffle tickets for schools, clubs, charities and fundraisers from our site at raffleticketsdirect.co.uk.

What we collect
Only what we need to run the service:
- Account details — name, email, password (stored securely), and any delivery address you save
- Order details — billing and delivery address, phone, ticket wording, quantities, artwork/designs, and payment status
- Messages — contact-form enquiries and email correspondence
- Technical data — basic site logs (for example IP address and browser type) used to keep the site secure and working
We do not store your full card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order
- To create and manage your account
- To send order confirmation and account emails
- To answer support questions
- To improve the website and prevent fraud or abuse
Contact details are used for order and account communication. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share data with trusted providers who help us fulfil the service, for example:
- Stripe — card payments
- Our warehouse / courier partners — printing fulfilment and delivery
- Email provider (Resend) — order and account messages
- Hosting and database providers that run this website
- PitchPrint — where you use the online ticket designer
Those providers only receive what they need to do their job, and must keep it confidential.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account records for as long as needed for fulfilment, customer support, and legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or restrict how we use it. Contact sales@raffleticketsdirect.co.uk and we will respond as soon as we can. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies/session storage so the basket, checkout and account login work. We do not use this site for third-party advertising tracking. A cookie notice appears on your first visit; you can reopen it anytime from Cookie settings in the footer.
